We generally dispatch packages within one business day of order completion. Shipping is primarily handled by The Courier Guy or other trusted delivery partners. Local deliveries are managed by Vista Express, our sister courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link so you can follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order from our location in Ferndale, Randburg. We will have it packed and ready for you. Regardless of your chosen shipping method, we guarantee your order will arrive safely and promptly, so you can begin enjoying your purchase. We use appropriately sized boxes and ensure your items are well-protected.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees are calculated based on the total weight of your shipment. We recommend placing all your items in a single order, as separate orders incur separate shipping fees. While your package is shipped at your own risk, we take extra precautions to protect fragile items. Our packaging uses appropriately sized boxes and ensures your items are well-protected.
